  • Do you offer Business Email Accounts?

    Colatform is an enterprise collaboration service such as Slack and Microsoft Teams. We do not provide Business Email Accounts directly, but you can link your common email service like G-Suite, Office365, or etc. effortlessly.

  • Do I need another Web Host or any other backend services like SSL Certificate?

    No. All Colatform plans include our fully-managed cloud hosting as well as other needed backend services. So, by subscribing to Colatform you are free to benefit from our service-wide SSL protection, effortlessly.

  • How long are your contracts? Can I pay monthly?

    Colatform plans are month-to-month, to yearly. You are the one to decide which plan is more convenient for you: monthly or yearly. In case of choosing the longer period payment, you’ll get a discount rate plus a new custom domain!

  • How can I sure that Colatform is the right choice?

    You can start with a free plan and determine whether Colatform is the right service for your business or not. Also, if you buy other plans, your first bill has a 30-day payment deadline. You can check and use the system and, if appropriate, pay before the deadline.

  • Can I switch plans anytime?

    You can upgrade it anytime, in your account administration area. downgrading is not an option. When upgrading your plan, you will receive a pro-rated charge, depending on the cost of your new plan.

  • How are the costs calculated if the package is upgraded before the end of the contract period?

    In this case, a new invoice will be issued based on the remaining period time and we will differentiate the previous and new packages from the current tariff.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time. It is an easy way in your control your account administration area. Also, you can download your own data without asking us anytime.

  • Is it possible to automatically renew the contract period?

    Yes, you can enable this feature. Although Colatform will automatically notify you several times before the expiration of the contract, if the automatic renewal is activated, the same plan of the previous period will be renewed and an invoice will be issued to you.

  • What payment gateways can I use to pay for my tenant?

    Colatform is integrated with Stripe so you could choose from all major payment methods, including PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard.

  • What will happen to my Colatform tenant if the bill is delayed?

    Sorry, when the payment deadline expires, the system will automatically restrict your access and features to the Free Plan Features. So you have access to your Colatform Space. As soon as the payment is made, the service will be returned to normal. In case of non-payment, the service will remain in this state for a certain period of time and then be completely restricted. Of course, before any action, Colatform will remind you.
